National Search Celebrates Five Community Service-Minded Men Who Are Making a Difference
McDonald's today announced the winners of the Men of McCafe Casting Call, a national search conducted to identify five community service-oriented men who are "making a difference" in the African American community. The five winners will make their first official public appearance as Men of McCafe at ESSENCE Music Festival in New Orleans as part of McDonald's on-site activation.

The newly appointed Men of McCafe will volunteer with New Orleans based organizations, including participation in the ESSENCE Music Festival Youth Day, the JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates) Program, and assist with service programs through Ronald McDonald House Charities of New Orleans.
"The Men of McCafe program truly celebrates men who get involved and give back to the African American community, and I am very proud to be a part of a movement that inspires other men to do the same," said Hosea Chanchez, star of BET's The Game.
Since its national launch in September 2010 with inaugural Man of McCafe and NFL star Issac Keys, several celebrity brand ambassadors have joined the Men of McCafe grassroots effort to enlist men to engage in community service including actors Lance Gross from TBS' House of Payne, Lamman Rucker from Meet the Browns and BET's Hosea Chanchez.
